Quick + easy to make + gluten free
All of you Hot Jam lovers already know how delicious our relish is with a good cheese + cracker biscuit, BUT there's so much more you can do with our addictively good Hot Jam relish!
Try these great entertainers nibbles for a quick and tasty canapé, that's sure to impress your guests at your next gathering.
NEED
Hot Jam relish 200gm
Medium Lebanese cucumbers
Kewpie Mayonnaise
Basil or Coriander (fresh)
Shallots (the crispy crunchy ones...is there any other kind)
MAKE
Mix half of the Kewpie mayo from the tube + half a jar of Hot Jam into a bowl and blend together (add more or less of either to suit your taste).
Wash + slice Lebanese cucumbers into 2cm rounds, pat dry and simply top each round with a good dollop of the mayo + relish mix.
To garnish, top with a sprinkling of those oh so crunchy fried shallots OR fresh Basil OR Coriander and serve.
It's as simple as that!
